Yes. It uses the Automated Clearing House network, which is the same network used for Direct Deposit and Electronic Bill Pay.
Do I Have to Give Electronically?
No, you can still give during the offering at the service.
What if I Change Banks or Need to Change the Amount of the Gift?
Once you have logged in, you can change your giving information.
